You're responsible for all activity under your account.

NO GUARANTEED AVAILABILITY: We do not guarantee that the service will be available 24/7, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

NO GUARANTEED SUPPORT: As a free service, we do not guarantee response times or availability of customer support.

AI ACCURACY: The AI-powered responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any information provided by the widget before relying on it. AgentDesk Chat is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

4. Widget Embedding on Third-Party Websites

• No Responsibility: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party website where the widget is embedded.
• No Endorsement: The presence of an AgentDesk Chat widget on a website does not constitute our endorsement of that website or its owner.
• No Control: We have no control over how third parties use or display the widget, or what content they train it on.
• Independent Services: The third-party website's services are independent of AgentDesk Chat. Any issues with the third-party website should be addressed directly with them.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to this service is limited to $0 (zero dollars) for the free service tier.
• No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• No Liability for AI Responses: We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated responses, including inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content.
• No Liability for Third-Party Websites: We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the widget on third-party websites.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using AgentDesk Chat, you agree to:

• Only upload content you have the right to use
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy before sharing with customers

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to AgentDesk Chat. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

By You: You can stop using AgentDesk Chat at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms or abusive use of the service.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentDesk Chat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
